Dr. Patrick Breard has more than 25 years of experience dedicated to modernizing national and international public sector organizations. Before founding Breard & Associates, he led knowledge management initiatives at the United Nations Development Programme in New York—spearheading UNDP’s transformation into a knowledge-based organization. This included developing and expanding UNDP Communities of Practice, connecting thousands of members across 166 countries.
Previously, Dr. Breard served as Director and board member of the e‑Consulting Group, a strategic consulting firm, and worked as a Manager with Ernst & Young EMEA in Paris. He also headed the international development at ESCP, a renowned French business school, and began his career managing IT projects at the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Patrick Breard holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Foresight, an MBA in International Business Management, and an MA in European Economics.
